One of the latest contestants to make it to the knockout rounds on The Voice was Summer Schappell, a country western singer from our own backyard in Redding, CA. Called a little ‘firecracker’ by Gwen Stefani, Summer came out swinging with confidence singing The Little White Church seen here:
Summer’s light purple hair looked fantastic against her black sparkle top and her spunky attitude showed a new side of country for the petite singer. She belted out the lyrics and the tone of her voice was beautiful! Gwen Stefani dubbed her performance as ‘Alternate Country’ which opens new doors of singing style for Summer Schappell. Sadly, Summer Schappell didn’t make it through the knockout rounds, but with a voice like hers and the sparky attitude, Summer should easily find new doors opening for her.

Summer is a beautiful vocalists: She contacted us to produce a video for her to apply to be a contestant on the VOICE. We have filmed several of her performances over the years and she is a joy to work with.
